about me
I am a freelance colorist and finishing artist offering dedicated in-person and remote grading from my private studio in Los Angeles. With more than two decades of experience in the film and television industry, I bring a deeply collaborative, studio-grade workflow to every project.
My color work includes feature films such as the award-winning Hard Surfaces, the acclaimed Netflix documentary feature Gaga: Five Foot Two which premiered at TIFF, and tentpole television shows such as Landman, 1923, and Mayor of Kingstown, where I acted as Additional Colorist. I also have plentiful experience grading short-form content such as short films, music videos, commercials.
I got my start working in a pitch-black color darkroom in Chicago, and that foundation shapes everything I do today. My approach to finishing lives at the intersection of analog photo-chemical heritage and cutting-edge digital technology. Whether building custom film emulation pipelines, managing complex multi-camera log workflows, or mastering in Dolby Vision HDR, my goal is always the same: safeguarding the DP and director's creative intent and helping to support and elevate a project's emotional architecture all the way from camera wrap to the final screen.
